My absolute FAVORITE gym!! An all women’s gym where they welcome you with open arms! I love my POSH family! 🫶🏼 Coaches are knowledgeable, space is clean/well taken care of, and the gym even offers additional wellness amenities such as the sauna/cold plunge! Classes are amazing and great for any fitness level! I highly recommend POSH Fit for any woman of any age/fitness level in the area! 💜

I belong to class pass and take classes at many gyms in the area especially ones that offer classes specifically targeted to the female physique. They asked if I could write an honest review after attending yesterday. The machines were clean and targeted to the booty. I liked the pace of the class, I like that the bar weights were labeled on both sides and easy to read, instructors guided class to clean pads and to hang them over treadmill so they dry well, I liked that the cleaning wipes are centered in a few places and had a garbage underneath them, I thought the music was good and Ryan did a good job motivating and explaining.

I started at Posh on the 1st day they opened their doors. Posh checks all the boxes, all women work outs, clean facility, amazing trainers, variety classes, times and diversity training for all levels. I love my gym and I highly recommend it

Best of the best. a female exclusive, class based luxury fitness studio ( with some awesome extras_ sauna, cold plunge, glam station, and of course my favorite, the community within the gym, a great group of females- make wonderful connections ). I have made life long connections and have truly improved my overall health since I’ve joined POSH. Anyone that knows me will tell you that I’m the last person to workout but now not only do I do it but I enjoy it! Nothing but love for Posh Fit Fam!

Posh was just what I needed! I was in the market for a gym that was clean, judgment free, friendly, welcoming and effective without screaming but encouraging me to be my best throughout the 60 minutes…I found it at Posh!The owner, trainers and clientele are all amazing and dedicated to see you succeed in your fitness journey. I highly recommend this gym to every woman, no matter if you’re new to exercise or have been into fitness for years. It’s a marathon not a sprint…join for your body, join for your mind and join for the beautiful community of women rooting you on!

Started at the end of last year around September and it was the best thing I could have done.. It is like family where the coaches know your name and push you to do better.. Not only do I love waking up and going to the gym now it has pushed and encouraged me to be a better person.. It's not just the staff who are amazing the members are as well ! I am never bored Because everyday is something new and exciting. Hands down it's a great boutique gym ❤❤❤❤
