Important Policies

Class Sign-ups & Cancellations: To avoid any fees, please sign up or cancel at least 2 hours before class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $15 fee. After 3 occurrences, the fee increases to $20 for each future violation.
No Walk-ins: All classes require prior registration. Walk-ins are not allowed. If you arrive after the warm-up has ended, you will not be allowed to join and will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Convenience Fee: Arriving for a class you did not register for at least 2 hours in advance will result in a $10 convenience fee.
Towel & Hygiene Requirements: Please bring your own towel for the cold plunge and/or sauna. Deodorant is required to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
Sauna & Plunge Access: Use of the infrared sauna and cold plunge is by appointment only. Be sure to book your session in advance.
Annual Maintenance Fee: Beginning July 1, 2025, a $50 annual maintenance fee will be charged during your membership anniversary month to support ongoing facility upkeep.
Open Gym Time: Designated time slots will be available for members to use cardio equipment independently. Use of equipment during scheduled class times is not permitted.

🕒 What is your class schedule?

Classes are available 7 days a week with sessions starting as early as 5:45 AM. Classes include Booty Lab, Upper Body Hottie, HIIT Booty, Mat Pilates Booty Blast, and more. View our full schedule above.

📅 How do I sign up for a class?

All classes must be booked in advance through our scheduling system. No walk-ins are allowed. Please arrive before the class warm-up begins or a late cancellation fee will apply.

🧖‍♀️ What are your recovery amenities?

Enjoy our full-spectrum infrared sauna with red light therapy, cold plunge sessions, luxury towels, and glam stations. Use of the sauna and plunge requires a reservation and is available to eligible members only.

📊 What is the InBody Scan and how does it work?

Our InBody 570 machine offers a fast, accurate scan of your body composition — including fat mass, muscle mass, visceral fat, and more — without estimation. Complimentary with any membership. A Posh coach will walk you through your results and help interpret them to track progress and set goals.

🚿 Do you have showers and lockers?

Yes! We provide beautifully maintained showers, lockers, and glam stations to freshen up post-class. Complimentary towels are included.

🧴 What are your hygiene policies?

All members must bring their own towels for sauna and cold plunge use. Please wear deodorant to help keep the facility fresh and clean for all members.

💳 Are there any additional fees?

Yes — Starting July 1, 2025, there will be a $50 annual maintenance fee billed during your membership anniversary month.

🏋️‍♀️ What is “Open Gym Time”?

We offer designated time slots where members can use cardio equipment independently. Please note that equipment cannot be used during scheduled classes.
